Pretty, Pretty Princesses

When my niece, Addy, came into town from Arizona, my mom thought it would be fun to have a princess party for her and Hailee. Not a birthday or anything, just a party for fun (yes they are extremely spoiled). You should've seen this production. WOW! We had a few other girls over and they all had so much fun.

First on the agenda, they all made wands and crowns out of anything you could possibly think of (glitter, feathers, jewels, stickers, etc.).
Here's Hailee working on her wand.
The finished product.
After they were done, she had a "magic mirror" for them to see how beautiful they look with their new wands and crowns. We couldn't get Hailee away from this mirror. Here she is admiring herself (and she was not posing for the picture, this is just what she was doing). Then they all came and sat on a blanket while she told them the story of the Princess and the Pea. They were all supposed to close their eyes for a part of it. Here's Hailee and Addy (her friend, not her cousin).
Here's Addy (her cousin), Abby (another cousin) and Maren. I love this picture because Maren is the one in the back and when asked to close her eyes, she turned around and buried her face into the pillow. It was so cute.Unfortunately, the battery in my camera died after this and I didn't get any more pictures with my camera. I took some on my mom's camera, so I will post a Part II later. Anyway, it was so cute and they all had so much fun. Thanks Mom, you're the best!
